Would you like to try bouldering?
No prior experience needed.
Bouldering is a climbing discipline that involves solving short routes, known as boulders or problems, on low walls without ropes, using padded mats for protection. Technique, strength, and balance are its core elements.
When starting out, we suggest focusing on the easier problems.
The difficulty is indicated by colored arrows marking the starting holds:
- Green: easiest level
- Yellow: slightly more challenging

Start with both hands on the marked holds, then climb using ideally only holds of the same color.
When you reach the top, control the highest hold with both hands. You’ve just completed your first problem and climbed your first boulder.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask other climbers.
The climbing community is known to be open and supportive.
